The Mixed Roots Foundation Leadership including a Board of Directors that is comprised for the first time of all adoptees that represent the international, domestic, and foster care adoption experience, play a very key role in the overall direction of the organization as well as ensure accountability and advocacy from both a financial and community support perspective including addressing the changing needs of all adoptees and their families.
