For the past four years, AMP has been matching adult adoptees with youth between the ages of 7 – 17 years old who are also adopted in promoting cultural awareness and understanding of being adopted. AMP is currently recruiting more mentors and children to participate in the program. Applications are being accepted regardless of cultural background. The only requirement is the participant must be adopted.

Past AMP activities include tours at the CBS5 and Pixar Animation Studios, Lucas Films, volunteering at the
San Francisco Food Bank and partnering up with the baseball
World Series Champions SF Giants - attending their various cultural heritage night games.

AMP hopes to continue to grow and expand its activities that will include career exploration and
learning more about different cultures and events that focus on being adopted.
